How to Use
Our Gua Sha’s will help energize and balance the body, skin and mind in many different ways.
Apply oil or serum to your skin, use gentle pressure and massage the Gua Sha over your face. See our Gua Sha facial guide below - repeat each stroke 5-10 times, start with 5 and gradually increase each motion every day.
Always start on the right side
Chest: Starting in the center of your chest - using the long side, gently Gua Sha outwards, moving it across your chest area
Front Neck: Gua Sha in an upwards motion towards the jaw.
Jawline + Side Neck: Gua Sha from the middle of your chin along the jawline in an upward motion, using the V shape side, once you get to the end of your jawline, change direction and move down the neck along the neck muscles.
Cheeks: Very gently Gua Sha from the center of the face and work outwards towards the ears,
Browline: Using the pointed part, Gua Sha slightly under the brow line, starting from the center and working outwards.
Forehead: Gua Sha in an upwards motion towards the hairline.
After each use wash Gua Sha with natural soap and warm water. Set out in the moonlight to recharge the crystal for maximum effect.
