Returns & Refunds
1. See returns page if you wish to return an item through our website.
2. Only products purchased on our website www.thetanaturalsco.com can be returned for a refund or an exchange to Theta Naturals Co. Any products purchased in another store, specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original place of purchase.
3. Should you make a mistake when ordering online. We will gladly exchange your product for the product you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.
4. In the event that you have an allergic reaction to a product, you have the option of exchanging it or you can request a refund.
5. In the event of a product being damaged while being shipped to you, Theta Naturals Co will provide you with a full refund or exchange subject to receiving photo evidence within 48hrs. Return postage will be refunded in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent products and a refund will be issued through the method used for payment.
6. In all cases, original proof of purchase must be provided and products must be returned within 14 days of being received. To process any refund or exchange, please email us at hello@thetanaturalsco.com prior to the return, this way we can ensure you have a smooth transaction.
7. Please retain your postal receipt until you are certain your parcel has been safely received by Theta Naturals Co. We may request this if we fail to receive your package.
8. We will do our best to process any/all returns and refunds within 10 working days. All refunds will be issued through the method used for original purchase.
